Mount Dora Police Community Survey

Police Survey

The National Police Foundation, a nationally recognized police research organization, has created a Mount Dora Police Community Survey and we need your feedback!

The survey is available in English and Spanish.

If you do not have internet access or a computer, there are hard copies of the survey you can pick up at City Hall.  Please ask for the survey at our Customer Service/Utilities window. After you have filled the survey out, you can drop it into a ballot box that will be located in the Lobbies of City Hall or the Mount Dora Police Department.

This survey will help determine areas of concern and areas of accomplishment for the Mount Dora Police Department and your feedback will help our officers and command staff improve police policies, community policing and other areas that will be addressed.

All information shall be provided anonymously and will go directly to the National Police Foundation for assessment.  While you will not be asked for any identifying information, your responses are subject to Florida’s  public records disclosure requirements.  This is a 12 Question Survey, with space at the end for you to provide any further comments or feedback not in the survey questions.
